Over 10,000 steps today with two walks broken up throughout the day. Sunny the dog during the day and rabbits during the evening. Busier schedules mean longer walks and bike rides just can’t happen. I’ve been trying to go out multiple times a day to meet my goals.
There’s a lot of science to back up how much daily exercise impacts mood. I encourage everyone to get outside and move your body if you are able. If you have limitations, even sitting outside and breathing in the fresh air can shift a mood.
