Evergreen provides evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) with somatic components, Adaptive Parenting Tools (ADAPT), and Gottman for couples. Systemic theories are based in Bowen and Attachment family therapy.

Evidence-based therapy is backed by research that shows the relationship between the client and therapist is the most important aspect. Rates and insurance
Evergreen is a fee-for-service provider, which means we bill clients directly for services. Clients choose whether to request out-of-network reimbursement through their insurer and would need to check with their insurer for coverage. There are many reasons a client may choose to not seek reimbursement, including privacy of their health services. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your session and a receipt will be provided if requested.
